This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Oversee the development of intricate, production-ready solutions utilizing Red Hat OpenShift, with an emphasis on Internal Developer Platforms (such as Red Hat Developer Hub/Backstage), CI/CD enhancement, and AI-driven workflows.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions and workshops to pinpoint customer challenges and showcase the benefits of Red Hat's offerings.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to senior technical and business executives within client organizations.
• Act as a reliable advisor and subject matter expert on Platform Engineering and AI-Assisted Application Modernization for both customer and internal teams, guiding them through design, pilot, and production phases.
• Collaborate with clients to recognize obstacles and hindrances to adopting modern software delivery practices, working together to meet their technical and business needs.
• Collaborate closely with Red Hat's product, engineering, professional services, and sales teams to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
• Create and disseminate best practices, reusable assets, and architectural frameworks for application modernization; contribute to whitepapers and webinars, and represent the company at industry conferences.
• Over 10 years of experience in a senior technology position such as enterprise architecture, consulting, or sales engineering, focusing on large-scale infrastructure solutions and platform adoption.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in developing and managing Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), enhancing developer workflows, and facilitating the journey to production.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools, AI-driven application modernization, and the integration of LLMs/AI services into enterprise software delivery.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and container platform implementations in large organizations, preferably utilizing Red Hat OpenShift.
• Profound understanding of contemporary CI/CD pipelines, GitOps methodologies (e.g., ArgoCD, Tekton), and microservices architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, ideally Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or its derivatives, within production enterprise settings.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for understanding customer challenges and fostering enduring relationships.
• Readiness to travel to customer sites on a regular basis.
