This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
β’ Prepare customers for and conduct validation studies on Chemistry and Immunoassay instrumentation.
β’ Execute instrument setup, calibration, precision assessments, and method comparisons.
β’ Offer onsite and remote phone assistance for assay- and QC-related inquiries.
β’ Deliver onsite training for the correct operation of instrumentation.
β’ Respond to operational and performance inquiries in accordance with specifications and regulatory standards.
β’ Collaborate with customer Key Operators during validation to enhance training and ensure preparedness.
β’ Work in partnership with Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, and Customer Training teams.
β’ Associate's degree with at least 3+ years of combined experience in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or a related field.
β’ In-depth understanding of diagnostics or the healthcare sector.
β’ Strong familiarity with laboratory regulatory environments.
β’ Willingness to work remotely and travel domestically for at least 95% of the time.
β’ Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
β’ Capability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
β’ Preferred: experience in medical technology.
β’ Preferred: knowledge of standard laboratory practices, including quality control, record keeping, and regulatory standards such as CAP, CLIA, and COLA.
