Senior Applications Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and various teams to design training programs for customers.

• Deliver technical assistance to customers concerning products and CAS protocols.

• Assist sales and marketing teams during the presentations and launches of new products and therapies.

• Document all account, market, and competitor-related information, trends, and metrics.

• Gather and report all customer feedback, product-related issues, legal concerns, and customer complaints regarding product incidents.

• Perform all administrative duties, including regularly submitting activity reports to the Sales Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in life sciences or engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience with electrophysiology procedures and products.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively on various projects.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality and precision.

• Experience in the medical device industry, particularly within a hospital operating room (OR) environment, is advantageous.
