Senior Applications Developer, Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise applications and digital services.

• Develop roadmaps, standards, and governance frameworks for application architecture.

• Create scalable, secure, and resilient application solutions that meet business needs.

• Generate and upkeep both high-level and detailed solution design documentation.

• Spearhead application modernization and cloud transformation projects.

• Establish and uphold software engineering standards, coding best practices, and development methodologies.

• Design and execute enterprise integration solutions and APIs.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and third-party vendors to deliver strategic technology solutions.

• Conduct architecture evaluations, code assessments, and technical assurance activities.

• Support CI/CD, DevOps, and automation initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to security, data protection, governance, and regulatory standards.

• Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and knowledge transfer to development teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software development and application delivery.

• More than 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture or Application Architecture roles.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, including .NET Core and C#.

• Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale applications.

• Significant experience with RESTful APIs, application integration, and service-oriented architecture.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps.

• Strong understanding of SQL Server database design and optimization.

• Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery environments.

• Proven experience in implementing secure application development and architecture practices.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.

• Experience in Public Sector, Financial Services, or Regulatory environments.

• Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure Integration Services.

• Experience with Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Microsoft Azure certifications.

• Experience in participating in enterprise digital transformation programs.
