Senior Application Support Consultant, SAP HCM Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Provide second-level functional support for SAP HCM Payroll

• Resolve incidents and requests in accordance with SLA agreements

• Analyze, investigate, and document functional solutions

• Configure SAP payroll rules and schemas

• Conduct unit tests on adjustments and improvements made

• Develop functional specifications for technical teams (ABAP)

• Participate in change requests and evolutionary enhancements

• Engage with regional teams and business stakeholders

• Act as a technical-functional reference within the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll in Argentina

• Advanced knowledge in payroll rule configuration

• Experience in functional support or SAP HCM implementation projects

• Experience in the PA (Personnel Administration) module

• Understanding of post-payroll processes and accounting

• Experience in drafting functional specifications for ABAP

• Knowledge of local labor legislation and payroll processes

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and critical scenarios

• Autonomous profile, customer-oriented, and team player

• Experience in PT (Time Management) and OM (Organizational Management) modules will be valued

• Knowledge of ABAP will be valued

• Participation in complete SAP HCM implementation cycles will be valued

• Advanced written English and intermediate conversation skills will be valued
