Senior Application Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee and address daily incoming customer support inquiries throughout the EMEA and UK regions.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for intricate issues and escalations.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Conduct training sessions and assist in knowledge development within the team.

• Take ownership of escalation management, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

• Perform first-line and advanced support duties within a flat team structure.

• Balance operational support delivery with mentoring and process enhancements.

• Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvements.

• Rotate across Unit4 ERP and ERPx as part of the program.

• Assist customers using the Unit4 ERP platform.

• Help stabilize and enhance team performance following recent changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Unit4 ERP/x (essential).

• In-depth knowledge of the Financial/Logistics module.

• Basic SQL skills (querying, troubleshooting).

• Excellent English communication abilities (both written and verbal).

• Capability to manage standard support cases as well as complex escalations.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

• Advanced SQL expertise (preferred).

• Experience in mentoring or coaching peers (preferred).

• Background in delivering training (preferred).

• Prior experience handling escalations in a support setting (preferred).

• May require security clearance and background checks for customer projects and access to sensitive customer data.

• Right to work and personal identification may be necessary for applicable security checks.
