Senior Application Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Set up and provide support for the implementation of Dotmatics Virscidian solutions.

• Manage the entire implementation process from project initiation to go-live.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Perform demonstrations, provide training, and offer technical support.

• Lead discovery sessions for data integration activities.

• Supervise the data flow between databases, servers, and cloud services.

• Educate customers on the configured solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in deploying Scientific SaaS solutions within the life sciences sector.

• Extensive experience in consulting for clients in the Scientific/Life Science field.

• Deep understanding of laboratory workflows, ranging from manual processes to fully automated systems.

• Expertise in data integration planning and coordination.

• Strong focus on data-first architecture.

• Experience with lab informatics software and knowledge of file transformations.

• Comprehensive user expertise in Oracle (SQL).

• Advanced skills in building and deploying APIs.
