Senior Application Programmer – EBS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivering expert-level expertise in sustainment lifecycle management activities for programs and project operations.

• Evaluating functional business applications and design specifications across various domains (finance, accounting, personnel, logistics, contracts).

• Creating block diagrams and logic flowcharts; transforming detailed designs into software applications.

• Designing, coding, testing, debugging, and refining software to meet product requirements.

• Compiling necessary program-level and user-level documentation.

• Improving software to decrease operating time and enhance efficiency.

• Offering technical guidance to programmers to ensure adherence to deadlines.

• Developing or adjusting procedures to address complex issues, taking into account equipment capacity, limitations, and operational needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Information Technology and over 10 years of relevant experience.

• In-depth knowledge of sustainment lifecycle management for programs and project operations.

• Proficiency with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to facilitate low-code/no-code platform models.

• Practical experience with low-code/no-code Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) tools.

• Background in developing application and process automation software based on BPMN models.

• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.

• Proven track record as an application programmer on large-scale DBMS, capable of developing complex software to meet design objectives.

• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.

• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level - I (A+ CE, CCNA Security, CND, Network Security, SSCP) or higher (IAT Level - II or III).

• DLA CE Cert IA Role/Function: MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1.
