Senior Angular Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Design and create sophisticated, scalable front-end applications utilizing the Angular Framework

• Excel in test-driven development, continuous integration, and agile delivery methodologies within the team

• Perform code reviews, offering constructive and actionable feedback to maintain code quality and consistency

• Actively monitor application performance, diagnose issues, and drive ongoing optimization efforts

• Lead and engage in the implementation of unit tests, integration tests, and automation testing strategies

• Contribute to system design, technical architecture, and choices in front-end technology, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions

• Mentor and assist junior and mid-level developers, promoting a collaborative and growth-focused engineering culture

• Work alongside cross-functional teams and technical leadership to shape technical direction, standards, and best practices for front-end development

⛳️ Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in JavaScript development, with significant expertise in Angular

• Comprehensive understanding of the complete development life cycle

• Strong grasp of algorithmic complexity, data structures, and OOP Principles

• Familiarity with REST API and web services implementation concepts

• Proficient in GIT, HTML, and SCSS

• Proven ability to lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level developers

• Demonstrated experience in contributing to or leading decisions regarding technical architecture and system design

• Solid understanding of frontend application performance optimization, scalability aspects, and security best practices

• Experience in defining and upholding coding standards, best practices, and development workflows within a team

• Comfortable working with product owners, backend engineers, and UX/UI designers to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives

• Capability to assess and introduce new tools, frameworks, or processes to enhance development efficiency and product quality

• Self-driven with a commitment to professional growth

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in English

• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS is an advantage

• Familiarity with Ionic Framework is a plus

• Experience with AWS Services is beneficial

• Experience with Capacitor is a plus

• A portfolio of open-source projects and technical blogs, along with working knowledge of NODE Js, is considered an asset
