Senior Creative Front-end Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

• Oversee the creation of premium interactive web experiences.

• Ensure high standards of technical and visual quality in animations, transitions, and user interactions.

• Collaborate closely with design, branding, and product teams.

• Provide mentorship to engineers regarding frontend craftsmanship and implementation excellence.

• Encourage experimentation with innovative web technologies and creative tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend engineering.

• Mastery of frontend skills with a keen sense of visual design and interaction.

• Extensive experience in developing polished, animation-rich web experiences.

• Exceptional attention to detail in aspects such as motion, timing, layout, typography, and micro-interactions.

• Advanced expertise in at least one animation framework or creative technology stack (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion, Three.js, WebGL, Lottie, etc.).

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates sophisticated frontend experiences.

• Proficient understanding of AI-assisted engineering and creative processes.

• Capability to utilize AI tools for swift prototyping, iteration, and accelerating production.

• Sound judgment and aesthetic sense when refining AI-generated outputs.

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced creative tools and generative workflows.

• Experience in exploring AI-driven interactive experiences is advantageous.
