• Lead the design and execution of innovative Android features utilizing Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMP).
• Ensure optimal performance, maintain clean architecture, and promote reusability across different modules.
• Collaborate closely with backend and computer vision teams to integrate AI-driven analytics, video functionalities, and gamification elements.
• Maintain a strong emphasis on user experience, scalability, and code quality.
• Work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver comprehensive features.
• Conduct code reviews, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and guarantee thorough testing coverage.
• Mentor fellow developers and contribute to the advancement of mobile engineering standards within CUJU.
• Contribute to technical documentation and make architectural recommendations.
• Stay current with KMP, Jetpack Compose, and the latest trends in Android development.
• Identify avenues for enhancing app performance, reliability, and modularization.
• Actively engage in technical design discussions and contribute to CUJU’s technical strategy.
• Over 5 years of experience in Android development.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), and the Android SDK, along with knowledge of reactive programming (Flows, Coroutines).
• Solid understanding of architectural patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, Dependency Injection (Hilt/Koin/Dagger).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, unit testing, and the processes of delivering to the Play Store.
• Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and real-time data synchronization.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Passion for sports, user-focused products, and/or gamified digital experiences.
• Nice to Have: Experience with shared iOS integrations in KMP projects.
• Familiarity with Firebase, Crashlytics, and analytics tools.
• Experience in performance profiling and video-based applications.
• Contributions to open-source projects or mobile developer communities.
