Senior Android Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain native Android applications utilizing Kotlin.

• Create scalable and maintainable applications following MVVM/Clean Architecture principles.

• Develop contemporary user interfaces using Jetpack Compose and Android Architecture Components.

• Employ Coroutines, Flow, and asynchronous programming techniques.

• Integrate RESTful APIs and various third-party SDKs.

• Enhance application performance, stability, and security measures.

• Write unit and UI tests to guarantee application quality.

• Engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams within an Agile framework.

• Continuously assess new Android technologies and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Android development.

• Proficient in Kotlin.

• Familiarity with Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Coroutines, Flow, and Android Jetpack libraries.

• Strong understanding of the Android SDK, application lifecycle, and Material Design principles.

• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven experience in integrating REST APIs.

• Knowledge of Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications) is preferred.

• Understanding of the Google Play Store release process.

• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficient in written and verbal English.
