• Over 6 years of experience in the data field as an analyst, engineer, scientist, or similar role

• More than 4 years of experience in designing, implementing, operating, and enhancing commercial Kimball enterprise dimensional models

• At least 4 years of experience with large-scale Data Warehouses in a cloud setting

• A minimum of 2 years creating reports and dashboards using a data visualization tool

• Over 1 year of hands-on experience with AI tools (LLMs, code assistants, or AI-driven automation) within a professional data or analytics workflow

• At least 1 year of working with MCP-based or similar connector/integration configurations in BI platforms

• More than 1 year of utilizing prompt-based development techniques to produce or enhance production-quality SQL, data models, or reports

• Over 1 year of experience in creating project plans that define tasks, milestones, and deliverables

• Proven track record of leading 4 or more analytics projects from initiation to operationalization

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
