• Take ownership of, manage, and sustain the architecture and infrastructure of our data stack (e.g., BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran).
• Ensure that the data essential for understanding and serving our stakeholders is accurate, accessible, and readily available.
• Collaborate with GTM, Self-Serve, Marketing, Finance, and BizApps (and other stakeholders) to ascertain their data requirements and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing the analytics stack.
• Become the primary authority on our data pipeline, data tools, and the interpretation of our data.
• Develop data processes and standard operating procedures that utilize AI agent capabilities and guidelines.
• Establish and maintain best practices for version control, documentation, testing, and other data-related areas.
• 3-5 years of experience in data modeling.
• Proficiency with dbt.
• Experience collaborating with a diverse range of peers and stakeholders, from business users to analysts to data engineers.
• Expertise in creating and sustaining data quality tests and logic tests (e.g., unit tests).
• Proven ability to empower stakeholders to utilize data through various means such as documentation, training, and cataloging.
• A strong desire to comprehend business inquiries and generate data-driven insights, along with excellent analytical skills.
• Familiarity with coding agents and agentic coding practices and patterns.
• Experience in cloud environments like AWS or GCP is advantageous!
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability, log aggregation, or APM markets is a plus!
• Exceptional analytical, data processing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with all employee levels and providing global support.
• Experience in implementing best practices for analytics, dashboarding, documentation, and testing.
• Proven ability to build collaboration and rapport within an organization, engaging both technical and non-technical members.
