Senior Analytics Developer – Data Build & Visualization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and implement high-impact analytics solutions that facilitate data-driven decision-making and enhance operational excellence.

• Develop scalable, end-to-end analytics products, predominantly utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on Power BI.

• Convert intricate data structures into actionable insights through close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of local and enterprise-level data models for analytics solutions.

• Construct and maintain ETL pipelines across various data sources and application ecosystems.

• Enhance data models and query performance for improved efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.

• Create and monitor data quality dashboards to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy interactive dashboards, reports, metrics, applications, and workspace objects using Power BI.

• Develop advanced analytics products, including forecasting models, prescriptive analytics, and sentiment analysis solutions.

• Establish and maintain data catalogs and monitoring frameworks for analytics assets.

• Design and implement secure data access models, incorporating dynamic Row-Level Security (RLS).

• Formulate protocols for seamless user access management and BI governance.

• Collaborate on data-sharing policies, standards, and integration strategies.

• Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable analytics solutions.

• Facilitate demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and post-deployment hypercare support.

• Engage in Agile delivery practices and contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in analytics, with a strong emphasis on data engineering and data visualization.

• At least 5 years of practical experience with Microsoft Power BI.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile delivery environments.

• Strong expertise in SQL, DAX, and Power Query (M Language).

• Solid experience in designing and optimizing ETL pipelines and data models.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar project delivery tools.

• Strong understanding of data quality management and analytics governance.

• Exposure to AI-enhanced analytics components is a plus.

• Knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and data lake architectures is advantageous.

• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or open-source GIS platforms is beneficial.
