Application Analyst II – Radiant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Assist designated clients in defining or designing their business processes and identifying supporting technologies.

• Proactively explore opportunities to integrate technology into business operations.

• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to create alternative technical solutions.

• Independently or collectively diagnose, analyze, and resolve software-related issues.

• Document every aspect of project plans and coordinate resources for business/clinical and IT implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree or a comparable combination of formal education and experience.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or substantial interaction with IT within a business unit.

• Familiarity with the products and processes of the assigned business area.

• Strong technical acumen with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a manner understandable to business stakeholders.

• Comprehension of project management principles for planning and executing multiple projects in a cross-functional setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Robust analytical and conceptual skills, with a proven history in developing new concepts for various projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Epic certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
