• - **In-Depth Trend Analysis:** Perform thorough evaluations of significant workforce practices and trends, providing actionable insights for improvement.

• - **Collaboration with Stakeholders:** Facilitate detailed discussions with principal stakeholders to refine workforce strategies.

• - **Workforce Modeling Expertise:** Create advanced workforce models that anticipate future business requirements and challenges.

• - **Presentation Excellence:** Design and present captivating, data-driven presentations for executive management and external partners.

• - **Capacity Assessment:** Manage the alignment of workforce capacity with operational needs.

• - **Mentorship Role:** Support and train junior analysts, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and development.

⛳️ Requirements

• - 5-7 years of experience in workforce planning, cost allocation, capacity planning, or related fields.

• - Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• - Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in driving cross-functional initiatives.

• - Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of converting complex data results into understandable formats.

• - Experience in forecasting, financial modeling, data analysis, and/or budgeting.

• - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• - Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple projects and issues effectively.

• - Strong analytical skills with a focus on utilizing data to inform decision-making.

• - Proficient in connecting to various data sources, transforming data, and developing visualizations to uncover trends and insights using Power BI and/or Tableau.
