📋 Description

• Collaborate with the delivery team to deliver high-quality insights.

• Develop tailored research plans and oversee research initiatives.

• Create and implement surveys, conduct interviews, and facilitate focus groups.

• Analyze data to gain insights into talent demographics.

• 7-10+ years of experience in research design, implementation, data analysis, and storytelling.

• Extensive expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

• Proficient with research and analytical tools/platforms, including GenAI and LLMs.

• Outstanding ability to distill complex data into clear and persuasive narratives.

• Results-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive in enhancing processes.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
