Senior Analyst, WFM, Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for Workforce Management, forecasting, and capacity planning within the Client Engagement sector.

• Ensuring appropriate staffing levels in response to fluctuating demand.

• Development and enhancement of dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for team leaders and management.

• Analysis of SLA, utilization, productivity, and quality metrics for operational control.

• Identification of trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization, along with the formulation of specific actionable recommendations.

• Act as a sparring partner for leaders in data-driven operational and strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Workforce Management or a proven ability to quickly learn WFM processes and tools.

• Excellent proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).

• Experience in the creation and enhancement of reports and dashboards.

• Knowledge of BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or comparable solutions is advantageous.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive concrete decisions and actions from data.

• Excellent communication skills and a diplomatic approach when dealing with various stakeholders.

• Structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented work style, even when managing multiple simultaneous tasks.
