
Senior Analyst, Value Creation – AI Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist with initiatives aimed at creating enterprise value.
• Aid in transforming high-level strategic goals into actionable, measurable initiatives with defined owners, milestones, KPIs, dependencies, and anticipated business impact.
• Develop and sustain initiative trackers, value bridges, KPI dashboards, business cases, and materials for executive reporting.
• Collaborate with functional teams across Engineering, Product, GTM, Support, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, HR, and Legal to monitor progress, identify obstacles, and assist in resolving issues.
• Support regular operational processes, including leadership reviews, SteerCo materials, initiative presentations, and follow-ups from executive discussions.
• Perform analyses to quantify opportunities, evaluate benefits, measure actual versus planned impact, and pinpoint areas needing management focus.
• Contribute to advancing QAD’s AI Transformation Agenda.
• Assist in identifying, prioritizing, and tracking AI initiatives across various functions, including Engineering productivity, Support diagnostics and resolution, Professional Services automation, GTM productivity, Finance/BI enablement, HR, and Legal.
• Help frame AI use cases into clear problem statements, workflows, data/system requirements, expected outputs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
• Define and monitor AI success metrics, such as adoption rates, usage depth, cycle time reduction, productivity enhancements, throughput, quality, backlog reduction, and financial implications.
• Partner with business and technical teams, as well as external vendors, to transition AI initiatives from concept to pilot and subsequently to wide-scale deployment.
• Support reporting at the executive level regarding AI transition progress, including updates for the Board and leadership, initiative status, realization of benefits, risks, and necessary key decisions.
• Assist in establishing practical measurement models that connect AI usage to operational outcomes rather than merely activities.
• Support the Operating Model and SI Transition Work.
• Engage in enterprise operating model workstreams, encompassing current-state diagnostics, future-state design, workflow decomposition, role/responsibility mapping, and implementation planning.
• Help coordinate efforts among internal teams, third-party consultants, and implementation/systems integration partners to ensure alignment between strategy, design, and execution.
• Facilitate the transition from high-level transformation designs to detailed L3/L4 workflow definitions, requirements, blueprints, PRDs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Track dependencies, risks, decisions, and follow-ups across internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure that implementation partners receive the appropriate context, documentation, governance, and success metrics for effective execution in later phases.
• Develop Executive-Ready Analysis and Materials.
• Create succinct, high-quality materials for discussions with senior leadership, operating reviews, Board updates, and cross-functional working sessions.
• Integrate inputs from interviews, data, transcripts, functional plans, and project updates into coherent insights and recommended actions.
• Construct analyses using Excel/Sheets, KPI trees, initiative scorecards, benefit trackers, and basic financial models.
• Transform vague or unstructured inputs into clear problem statements, decision points, and actionable next steps.
• Ensure that reporting emphasizes outcomes, value delivery, risks, and necessary decisions rather than just activity updates.
• 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, private equity value creation, corporate strategy, business operations, transformation, program management, or a related analytical/execution-oriented role.
• Strong analytical abilities, including proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, financial logic, KPI analysis, business cases, and operational metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to synthesize complex inputs into clear, executive-ready materials.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, track follow-ups, and enforce accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and converting ambiguous requests into structured outputs.
• High level of ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
