Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with foreign currency hedging initiatives – oversee, net, settle, and report on active hedge positions.

• Proactively seek to enhance processes, controls, and reporting within the Treasury Management System (Kyriba).

• Provide support for corporate debt functions and associated compliance activities.

• Manage Airbnb’s Letter of Credit program and monitor/process related costs and fees.

• Address inquiries and collaborate regularly with accounting, tax, legal, and accounts payable teams; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Expedite new entity and account opening processes as a priority.

• Undertake ad-hoc Treasury projects and deliver presentations to the wider team or management.

• Ensure compliance with operating audits and contribute to the maintenance of an effective control environment.

• Propose and spearhead AI integration related to automation and process enhancement initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with banking partners to monitor interest rates and interest income.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in global corporate treasury.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.

• Background in a high-growth start-up or large multinational organization.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

• Experience with Treasury Management Systems is essential, while familiarity with ERP applications is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of relevant financial SOX controls.

• Proficient in Foreign Exchange hedging and settlement procedures.

• Team-oriented, reliable, with a robust work ethic.

• Passionate about automation and AI integration.

• Advanced skills in GSuite applications (or equivalent Microsoft Office applications).

• Capable of independently identifying gaps and proactively enhancing processes.

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus.
