Senior Analyst, Trading

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage internal asset allocation model portfolios and equity SMA strategies across various client accounts.

• Track client portfolios for model drift, cash requirements, and adherence to allocation tolerance limits.

• Initiate and carry out portfolio rebalancing activities to ensure alignment with designated models.

• Supervise the smooth integration of new accounts into model portfolios and investment strategies.

• Monitor portfolio activities to guarantee compliance with investment guidelines and model objectives.

• Collaborate with trading, operations, and wealth teams to enhance portfolio maintenance and improve workflow efficiencies.

• Maintain and refresh accurate portfolio, account, and model data within portfolio management and trading systems.

• Provide operational oversight for UMAs and custodial platforms, including Fidelity, Schwab, and Pershing.

• Identify and execute opportunities for workflow enhancements, automation, scalability, and operational efficiency within portfolio management.

• Assist in the continual development and refinement of internal portfolio management processes and procedures.

• Cultivate advanced expertise in portfolio management systems and tools utilized throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field (preferred).

• At least 2 years of experience in portfolio management, trading operations, investment management, or a related field.

• Series 65 is preferred; it is required for more advanced positions.

• Experience with portfolio management, rebalancing, or trading systems is preferred.

• Knowledge of trading/rebalancing tools, UMA platforms, and custodial platforms such as Fidelity, Schwab, and Pershing is preferred.
