This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the administration of global compensation programs and associated processes.
• Perform market pricing and job evaluations utilizing established compensation frameworks.
• Aid in the execution of the annual compensation review, bonus planning, and mid-year compensation activities.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and organizational leaders to ensure the uniform application of compensation guidelines and programs.
• Act as the primary administrator for benefits programs in the U.S. and Canada.
• Address inquiries from employees and managers regarding benefits plans, programs, and enrollment procedures.
• Support compliance activities, audits, and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Conduct audits on compensation, benefits, and employee data to maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Utilize AI-enhanced tools to boost efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and improve decision-making.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in Benefits, Compensation, Total Rewards, or a related Human Resources field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in supporting benefits and/or compensation programs within a complex organization.
• Familiarity with Workday’s benefits and compensation modules.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn across various Total Rewards areas.
