This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, document, escalate, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow software tickets.
• Act as a key client contact for escalated issues and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate software functionality challenges.
• Support initiatives aimed at software automation and optimization, as well as enhancing technical capabilities.
• Investigate and analyze data anomalies.
• Assist in implementing new client systems and upgrading existing client services.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve complex data quality issues through direct client interactions.
• Encourage team members to recognize process improvements, establish priorities, and apply best practices.
• Write SQL queries and conduct detailed data analysis, validation, and report generation.
• Maintain expertise in complex EIQ modules.
• Act as a subject matter expert in data integrity processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data management practices.
• Monitor and verify data across various systems to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving data quality.
• Train stakeholders on best practices while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
• Provide onboarding, training, and mentoring to junior technical support staff.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• An associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• CRCR certification or another relevant certification, or a willingness to obtain one within 9 months.
• Proficiency in using Ensemble IQ products.
• Competence in SQL, Microsoft products, Excel, and Access.
• Professional experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Familiarity with multiple EMR/EHR systems.
• General knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, including patient access, registration/admission, and patient financial services.
• Daily interactions with internal and external senior leaders.
• Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize deliverables effectively.
• Technical skills related to data analysis and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare compliance requirements.
