📋 Description

• Transform vague business requirements into scalable, secure, and integrated solutions along with delivery plans.

• Assess technical options, address complex product and system challenges, and suggest strategies that align with business objectives and enterprise standards.

• Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, and partner teams to synchronize decisions, manage dependencies, and ensure progress on established workstreams.

• Foster and sustain relationships with business partners and IT to deliver effective technical solutions.

• Collect and analyze data to comprehend business strategy needs.

• Participate in both short- and long-term planning sessions, offering guidance on business objectives.

• Evaluate client requirements through structured gathering, analysis, documentation, and change management.

• Develop, document, and communicate business requirements and functional specifications.

• Analyze customer operations to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Assist in redesigning business processes and documenting procedures for new technology.

• Gather, cleanse, and organize data from various sources.

• Perform statistical analyses and create visualizations to derive data-driven insights.

• Design interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations utilizing Salesforce Analytics tools.

• Implement ETL automation processes to guarantee data accuracy and consistency.

• Produce reusable documentation, mentor junior team members, and identify changes that enhance delivery efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical product management, technical business analysis, solution architecture, or a related area is required.

• At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce analytics development with a focus on advanced analytics.

• Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Salesforce Reports, and Dashboards.

• Experience in data modeling, data visualization, and analytics solution design.

• Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration methods, and data warehousing concepts.

• Strong grasp of CRM principles and business processes.

• Programming skills in Salesforce Apex, SQL, or Python.

• Analytical mindset aimed at extracting insights from data.

• Problem-solving abilities for addressing complex data issues.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
