This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collaborate with Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors throughout the Americas to efficiently and effectively fill essential positions.
• Evaluate job descriptions to guarantee consistency, precision, and adherence to both internal and external standards.
• Employ sourcing, recruiting, and networking tools to discover and attract qualified candidates when the applicant flow is low.
• Assess candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and qualifications in relation to role requirements.
• Guide candidates throughout the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.
• Keep real-time and accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and maintain data integrity.
• Ensure that recruiting activities adhere to relevant local, state/provincial, and federal/national employment laws and regulations.
• Utilize recruiting tools and labor market insights to deliver competitive intelligence and identify hiring trends.
• Create and analyze recruiting reports and data pertinent to designated areas of responsibility.
• Assist in Talent Acquisition reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Generally requires a University degree and less than 2 years of relevant prior experience.
• Proficient in advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
