This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Take ownership of and manage a designated portfolio of end-to-end process flows, procedures, and related governance documents.
• Perform regular and event-specific process evaluations.
• Keep process information updated in the specified repository.
• Analyze current processes to pinpoint gaps, inconsistencies, ambiguous decision points, breakdowns in handoffs, duplicated efforts, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and evaluate impacts on guests, team members, operations, compliance, reporting, and system functionalities.
• Formulate recommendations and spearhead process enhancements through implementation, validation, and ongoing resolution.
• Serve as the primary contact and Process Governance subject matter expert.
• Lead working sessions to clarify processes, requirements, roles, decision points, and partner handoffs.
• Investigate operational issues and process inquiries, share findings and recommendations, and coordinate actions with business partners.
• Provide strategic oversight and governance for the Lines of Defense framework that supports Circle Card operations.
• Evaluate the impacts of regulatory and compliance remediation, operational shifts, system upgrades, and new or revised processes.
• Update process flows, controls, documentation, and team enablement as required.
• Assist with testing and validation by defining business scenarios and requirements, supporting user acceptance testing, documenting gaps, and ensuring system functionality, reporting, and operational outcomes are met.
• Conduct reviews of processes post-implementation.
• Utilize operational data, issue trends, audit feedback, and partner insights to assess process performance and uncover emerging risks or opportunities for improvement.
• Define or enhance reporting mechanisms for process monitoring and informed decision-making.
• Communicate the health of processes, associated risks, dependencies, and suggested actions to leaders and business partners.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of three years' experience in process management, business analysis, service center operations, continuous improvement, project delivery, or a related field.
• Proven experience in documenting and analyzing complex end-to-end processes and driving changes through implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent partner management skills, including facilitating discussions, building consensus, managing expectations, and influencing without direct authority.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to translate intricate information into clear process flows, procedures, recommendations, and updates for leadership.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs, timelines, and uncertainties.
• Experience in supporting projects, remediation efforts, implementation readiness, user acceptance testing, or post-implementation validation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process-mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio or similar tools.
• Preferred experience in Financial Products, regulated operations, or contact/service center environments.
• Job responsibilities cannot be performed outside the country of the primary work location unless otherwise specified by Target.
