This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Execute and enhance the daily operations of the One Twilio Risk Management program, which encompasses the advancement of automated processes across all areas of cyber risk.

• Manage and uphold risk register(s) to monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and guarantee that risks are recognized, assessed, and effectively mitigated.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risks are communicated clearly and are actionable.

• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of risk treatment strategies, providing recommendations when necessary.

• Prepare and present regular risk reports, dashboards, and presentations to both internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing key risk trends, issues, and mitigation efforts.

• Analyze risk data from diverse sources to identify trends and create predictive models for potential risks.

• Utilize data analytics and risk modeling tools to evaluate the legal, financial, operational, and security impacts of risks.

• Develop ad-hoc reports and presentations as needed to support risk-related decision-making.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to assist in compliance evaluations and address any risk-related findings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Risk Management, particularly with security-focused risk management and compliance frameworks.

• Exceptional ability to collaborate across functions, leveraging relationships to set strategic direction.

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing both qualitative and quantitative risk analyses to convert technical vulnerabilities into measurable business impacts.

• Experience in translating vulnerabilities, control deficiencies, and systematic limitations into clear, actionable risk statements.

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, highly regulated, multi-entity, cross-functional risk assessments, risk registers, and compliance programs.

• Familiarity with collaborating with technical security and Engineering/IT teams to implement technical risk/control solutions, including the ability to interpret control requirements and communicate them effectively to diverse stakeholder groups.

• A strong inclination towards automation and tools to enhance program impact and outreach.

• Experience in utilizing AI to optimize risk operations.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Comfortable with uncertainty and capable of adjusting to rapidly changing environments.

• A strategic thinker and problem solver with outstanding communication abilities.
