Risk Adjustment Admin Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Upload audit packets for CMS RADV (Risk Adjustment Data Validation) into the CDAT (Central Data Abstraction Tool).

• Conduct administrative reviews and investigations of claims.

• Analyze data uploaded to CMS.

• Review audit packets thoroughly.

• Ensure member data is verified before uploading.

• Collaborate closely with the retrieval team and other internal departments.

• Prioritize and complete tasks in accordance with CMS deadlines.

• Assist team members after completing assigned tasks and seek additional work when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft Excel.

• Proficient in navigating various software and applications.

• Experience in cross-validating data sets.

• Capability to verify member data accuracy prior to upload.

• Preferred: Experience with CAS claims, including review and understanding.

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks to meet both internal and external deadlines.

• Task-oriented with the ability to complete and prioritize assigned work effectively.

• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Team-oriented, willing to assist colleagues and request additional assignments.

• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for remote or hybrid home/office employees.

• Ability to work from a dedicated space free of ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.
