This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the evaluation of study protocols and determine testing requirements to ensure prompt responses for proposals.
• Collaborate with ACM Research & Development, ACM Laboratory, and referral laboratory partners to coordinate testing methodologies.
• Serve as a liaison between the laboratory and various departments.
• Function as a subject matter expert within the team, offering support for escalations and assisting in the training of team members.
• Review and prepare pricing documentation, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
• Foster and maintain relationships between ACM and referral laboratories.
• Supply scientific and technical information to assist in the compilation of client RFPs and RFIs.
• Aid in the coordination of testing methods with referral labs.
• Notify leadership of any issues that arise during the study lifecycle and related testing requirements.
• Propose and assist in the implementation of enhanced work methods.
• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 3 years of experience as a clinical laboratory scientist.
• At least 3 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical trials.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• MT (ASCP) Certification is preferred.
