Senior Analyst Relations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee analyst briefings, inquiries, and follow-up activities across various firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others). Responsible for scheduling, logistics, and tracking.

• Handle RFI/RFP submissions and related documentation for significant analyst evaluations (Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape).

• Develop briefing materials and strategic narratives for executives and cross-functional stakeholders prior to analyst interactions.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness and health of the AR program: pipeline influence, briefing frequency, evaluation timelines, and analyst relationship status.

• Distill analyst research, evaluation results, and market insights into actionable intelligence for GTM, product, and executive teams.

• Collaborate with the team's competitive intelligence leads to convert analyst-sourced insights into competitive positioning and sales enablement documents.

• Regularly present analyst insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in analyst relations, competitive intelligence, product marketing, or a related field, with at least 1–2 years of direct analyst relations experience.

• Understanding of analyst firm engagement models (Gartner, Forrester, IDC), including inquiry processes, briefings, and evaluation methodologies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating polished professionalism suitable for executive interactions.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail.

• Proven experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities and market conditions.

• Knowledge of GRC or related enterprise technology markets.

• Background in high-growth SaaS organizations.

• Openness and capability to embrace AI-enabled workflows for research, synthesis, reporting, and market analysis.
