Senior Analyst Relations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key industry analysts and research firms.

• Organize and engage in analyst briefings, inquiries, strategic discussions, executive meetings, and events.

• Assist in the development of engagement plans for priority analysts and firms.

• Facilitate connections between analysts and Acronis executives, product leaders, cybersecurity researchers, and subject-matter experts.

• Manage analyst engagement during product launches, corporate announcements, events, and strategic initiatives.

• Implement analyst relations programs to enhance Acronis' market positioning.

• Convert complex product features, technological advancements, and roadmap priorities into compelling analyst narratives.

• Gather and disseminate analyst insights to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

• Oversee participation in analyst evaluations, rankings, and market research.

• Coordinate submissions, evidence collection, product demonstrations, customer references, executive involvement, and analyst follow-ups.

• Monitor research and evaluation timelines to identify opportunities for inclusion or improved recognition.

• Collect and synthesize analyst viewpoints on market trends, competitors, technological advancements, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.

• Deliver actionable intelligence to Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Communications, and senior leadership.

• Prepare executives and subject-matter experts for interactions with analysts.

• Create briefing documents, presentations, narratives, key messages, competitive context, and anticipated Q&A.

• Set objectives and KPIs for analyst engagement, reporting on progress and results.

• Monitor analyst interactions, research inclusion, evaluation outcomes, analyst sentiment, and market positioning.

• Assess relationships with analyst firms and subscriptions to enhance the analyst relations program.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Product Communications, Competitive Intelligence, or a similar strategic technology marketing role.

• Proven experience collaborating directly with technology industry analysts and research firms.

• Direct connections with analysts focused on cybersecurity, infrastructure, data protection, MSPs, or enterprise technology are highly advantageous.

• Deep understanding of B2B technology markets.

• Experience with analyst evaluations such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, IDC MarketScapes, Forrester Waves, Canalys Matrices, or similar research is highly preferred.

• Strong Product Marketing skills, including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, market segmentation, and go-to-market strategy.

• Capability to comprehend complex technology and articulate technical features into clear, credible, and distinct business narratives.

• Robust analytical abilities to transform analyst feedback, competitive insights, and market research into actionable recommendations.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.

• Confidence in engaging directly with senior executives and preparing leaders for critical external discussions.

• Strong skills in relationship-building and influence.

• Excellent project management abilities, capable of handling multiple analyst relationships, evaluations, and internal workflows simultaneously.

• Proactive, self-motivated work style with meticulous attention to detail and accountability for outcomes.

• Preferred experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, data protection, backup and disaster recovery, SaaS, managed services/MSPs, or enterprise software.

• Successful completion of relevant criminal, educational, and identity background checks.
