• Assist in the preparation of Estimate at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis at the Program/SBU Level.
• Maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in APEX/SAP.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for the overall program and at the CLIN level to identify and comprehend monthly variances to the Budget baseline and EAC positions.
• Be an integral member of a dynamic finance team where strategic thinking, multitasking, and personal initiative are essential.
• Provide assistance for ad hoc data reporting and engage in senior-level projects and program initiatives.
• Will operate within the Eastern Standard Time Zone.
• Generally requires a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups) and familiarity with digital tools (SAP APEX) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• U.S. citizenship is necessary, as only U.S. citizens are permitted to access the financial management system due to government contractual obligations.
• Familiarity with PMX Tool systems.
• Experience in applied EVMS principles, including Raytheon EVMS Certification.
• Knowledge of APEX EV (SAP) and a working understanding of SAP functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with financial controls across various contract types.
• Knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures; Estimate at Completes (EACs) and EDIT+.
• Experience in external reporting and customer interactions (IPMR, CFSR, CSDR, etc).
