Senior Analyst, Process

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Call Analytics platform within Service Operations.

• Evaluate call transcripts, sentiment analysis, and trend reports.

• Lead and manage cross-functional analyses and project initiatives.

• Create and update reports for executive leadership.

• Oversee the maintenance of the analytics knowledgebase.

• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies.

• Facilitate executive decision-making through comprehensive deep-dive analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence positions.

• Proven expertise with reporting tools.

• Preferred experience utilizing generative AI tools to enhance data analysis efficiency.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

• Strong foundation in project management.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

• Analytical mindset and strategic thinker.

• Proven attention to detail and proficiency in problem-solving.

• Interest, experience, or enthusiasm for healthcare and value-based care.
