This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Aid in the creation and upkeep of cloud-agnostic software and automation across AWS, Azure, and on-premises Kubernetes clusters.
• Provide support to cross-functional teams through integration efforts, documentation of workflows, and delivery of solutions.
• Contribute to internal SDKs, APIs, and microservices that facilitate AI workflows in hybrid environments.
• Produce clean, efficient, readable, and maintainable code under guidance.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools and foundational RAG frameworks for coding, documentation, and user-support workflows.
• Deliver user onboarding and operational support for platform services.
• Assist users with access issues, explain platform functionalities, troubleshoot common problems, route requests, and maintain user-facing documentation.
• Collaborate with remote teams in a regulated, security-conscious setting.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in Python and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• More than 3 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools, including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Terraform.
• Prior experience in maintaining reusable Helm charts, manifests, and deployment templates under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, coding standards, source control, CI/CD, and testing practices.
• Basic understanding of GitOps concepts and tools such as Argo CD.
• Exposure to AI/ML tools, data platforms, agent frameworks, or API management platforms.
• Interest in DevOps and AIOps methodologies, containerization, and IaC best practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to navigate ambiguity, define technical direction, and drive comprehensive solutions.
• Demonstrated technical curiosity and initiative to tackle complex challenges.
