• Oversee the creation and enhancement of attribution models that assess the impact of Marketing and various TOFU channels, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey.
• Develop a framework for evaluating all marketing channels. Create extensive reporting for Share of Voice, organic reach, and brand sentiment to balance our focus on performance marketing.
• Lead the annual and quarterly planning for marketing investments, offering data-driven recommendations regarding budget distribution.
• Construct and maintain projected Lifetime Value (LTV) models to inform acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring high-quality signals are relayed back to ad platforms.
• Examine the B2B funnel from initial awareness through to closed-won revenue, pinpointing friction points and identifying opportunities for the growth team.
• Serve as the custodian of marketing data. Collaborate with RevOps to ensure that data from HubSpot and Salesforce remains the "single source of truth."
• Although this position may not initially have direct reports, you will function as a technical lead, mentoring senior analysts and establishing standards for analytical excellence across the team.
• Extensive experience in marketing analytics, particularly within B2B SaaS or fast-growing enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing attribution modeling (Multi-touch) for Marketing and other Top-of-the-Funnel (TOFU) channels.
• Profound knowledge of non-paid focus areas; experience in creating reports for organic growth, brand health, and Share of Voice (SoV).
• Skilled and confident in navigating the entire technical stack from Snowflake to Dbt and BI tools.
• Familiarity with CRM and automation systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) as well as modern BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, or Looker).
• Capability to effectively engage with executives, translating complex data structures into a clear narrative.
• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Exhibits strong automation and AI skills.
• Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
• While remote work experience is not mandatory, it is considered a plus.
