• Oversee the creation and enhancement of attribution models that effectively capture the impact of Marketing and various Top-of-the-Funnel (TOFU) streams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey.
• Develop the framework for evaluating all marketing channels. Create detailed reporting on Share of Voice, organic reach, and brand sentiment to balance our focus on performance marketing.
• Lead the annual and quarterly planning processes for marketing investments, delivering data-driven recommendations for budget allocation.
• Construct and maintain projected Lifetime Value (LTV) models to inform acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring high-quality signals are integrated back into advertising platforms.
• Examine the B2B funnel from initial awareness to closed-won revenue, identifying friction points and opportunities for growth for the team.
• Serve as the steward of marketing data. Collaborate with RevOps to ensure that data from HubSpot and Salesforce remains the 'single source of truth.'
• Although this position may not have direct reports initially, you will function as a technical leader, mentoring senior analysts and establishing a benchmark for analytical excellence across the team.
• Significant experience in marketing analytics, particularly in B2B SaaS or high-growth enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing attribution modeling (Multi-touch) for Marketing and other Top-of-the-Funnel (TOFU) streams.
• Comprehensive understanding of non-paid focus areas; experience in developing reports for organic growth, brand health, and Share of Voice (SoV).
• Proficient and confident in navigating the complete technical stack from Snowflake to Dbt and BI tools.
• Familiarity with CRM and automation systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, or Looker).
• Capable of commanding the attention of executives, turning complex data structures into a coherent narrative.
• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Exhibits strong automation and AI capabilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• While remote work experience is not mandatory, it is viewed as an advantage.
