Senior Analyst, Lender Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Support the team's success by underwriting financing opportunities with Private Credit non-bank lenders.

• Assist in managing the portfolio effectively.

• Oversee, manage, and negotiate the loan documentation process up to closing.

• Analyze borrower financials, evaluate portfolio characteristics, and assess intricate financing structures.

• Conduct the quarterly Portfolio Review.

• Work alongside legal counsel and transaction teams throughout due diligence, documentation, and closing phases.

• Engage in ongoing client calls as part of the continuous portfolio management process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in underwriting.

• In-depth understanding of the Private Credit and Direct Lending landscape.

• Proven experience in evaluating lending platforms, loan portfolios, and structured credit transactions.

• Advanced expertise in various loan types, credit analysis, financial statement spreading and analysis, risk assessment, credit scoring, and loan documentation.

• Strong familiarity with banking products, services, policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

• Excellent client product and relationship management abilities.

• Superior organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
