This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

• Gather, structure, and evaluate exposure and underwriting information for international insurance programs.

• Create and verify renewal applications, quotes, binders, and policies for precision.

• Maintain corporate and global insurance schedules; incorporate standalone policies into international programs.

• Oversee the corporate surety bond program.

• Ensure timely distribution of insurance certificates and auto ID cards.

• Manage the invoicing and payment process for premiums, fees, and claim billings.

• Compile and review renewal and claims data for audits and reporting purposes.

• Act as the primary liaison for operating companies concerning insurance inquiries, bonds, certificates, and auto ID requests.

• Assist in data and risk analysis for various projects as necessary.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (must be completed and verified before starting).

• A minimum of five (5) years of finance or accounting experience in a private, public, government, or military setting.

• Strong time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks amidst shifting priorities/assignments.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including proficiency in analyzing complex data sets.

• Utilizes analytical and critical thinking abilities to comprehend and organize intricate projects.
