This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Manage benefits plans to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
β’ Provide prompt and precise responses to employee inquiries regarding benefits and resolve escalated issues related to benefits.
β’ Maintain and organize documentation related to benefits, including plan descriptions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
β’ Develop and revise benefit plan descriptions, handbooks, and training initiatives.
β’ Assist in benefits-related reporting and data analysis, which includes preparing reports for senior leadership and ensuring the accuracy of data.
β’ Collaborate with benefits providers to address claims issues, billing discrepancies, and other matters associated with benefits.
β’ Support compliance initiatives by ensuring that benefit plans meet federal and state regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
β’ Oversee the onboarding process to guarantee a smooth transition for new hires.
β’ Maintain onboarding materials, facilitate orientation sessions, and coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary resources are available for new employees.
β’ Produce and analyze HR data reports to support decision-making and identify trends.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations and benefits administration.
β’ Strong knowledge of HRIS and benefits management systems is essential.
β’ Excellent understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
β’ Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required, while Workday HCM experience is preferred.
β’ Proven ability to generate comprehensive and insightful reports.
β’ Strong project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
β’ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
β’ Experience with international practices and regulations is an advantage.
