Senior Analyst, GTM Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial planning and performance: Take charge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and long-term planning while providing insights that guide executive decision-making.

• Construct the financial models for the business: Create and sustain advanced financial models that underpin AccessOne's distinctive business model, portfolio economics, pricing strategy, and scenario planning.

• Propel commercial pricing decisions: Collaborate with the Deal Desk to assess complex pricing requests, support custom deal structures, evaluate financial impacts, and refine pricing frameworks for new offerings.

• Provide insights on portfolio and clients: Track financial performance, create dashboards and regular analytics, identify trends and risks, and offer actionable recommendations to business partners.

• Shape cross-functional strategy: Work alongside Finance, Customer Success, Product, and commercial leaders to align financial analysis with business priorities and strategic initiatives.

• Enhance finance operations: Improve financial processes, documentation, reporting, and pricing governance while proactively identifying opportunities for ongoing enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited four-year institution.

• More than 3 years of professional experience in finance, FP&A, pricing analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance position.

• Ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Proficient in advanced financial modeling in Excel – must be capable of independently constructing, auditing, and maintaining intricate, multi-variable models from the ground up; including pivot tables, dynamic formulas, and scenario modeling.
