This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Creation of product marketing materials, sales presentations, and other relevant resources to facilitate growth.
• Supporting the new logo sales process to enhance pipeline advancement and monitoring.
• Identify and manage client interactions throughout the sales process, including conducting background research, developing materials, and overseeing project management.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Assess new business prospects, innovative ideas, market gaps, and potential customer segments.
• Aid in crafting clear external communications regarding our solutions to enhance client comprehension of our capabilities and unique value proposition (e.g., presentation scripts, competitive positioning narratives, etc.).
• Work in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to propel business initiatives forward.
• Keep track of industry trends and regulatory updates that could influence business development efforts.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of the company's overarching growth strategy.
• Conduct strategic evaluations to prioritize lucrative organic and inorganic revenue opportunities.
• Lead research, development, and support the introduction of new product or partnership opportunities.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 2 years of experience in business development or consulting within the healthcare sector—ideally in a health plan or health system setting.
• Experience in growth/product marketing, including collateral creation, talk track formulation, and competitive positioning.
• Background in growth strategy, such as evaluating new business avenues and entrepreneurial endeavors.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Resourcefulness in gathering detailed data and information.
• Independent problem-solving capabilities, including identifying issues, proposing solutions, and devising innovative workarounds.
• Proven time-management abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with senior leaders and build strong relationships.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
• Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
