
Senior Analyst, Global Supply Chain Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take charge of designing and enhancing analytical tools, planning workflows, dashboards, and system-driven processes that facilitate decisions related to demand, supply, inventory, and operations.
• Create predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models for forecasting, inventory risk, supply constraints, service performance, and exception detection utilizing AI, automation, and self-service solutions to enhance decision-making quality and efficiency.
• Conduct exploratory analysis, root-cause analysis, data validation, feature development, and performance measurement to support business solutions.
• Develop scenario and simulation models to evaluate trade-offs concerning service, cost, inventory, and risk.
• Convert supply chain and business challenges into scalable analytical solutions that are integrated within processes and systems.
• Collaborate with IT, planning, operations, and finance teams to enhance data flows, reporting frameworks, planning system outputs, and analytical tools employed throughout our planning processes.
• Effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, recommendations, and business insights.
• Elevate data quality, metric consistency, and analytical rigor across the planning organization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, operations research, data science, supply chain, analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Over 4 years of experience in data analytics, systems, operations research, industrial engineering, or a similar quantitative role.
• Proficiency in SQL, BI/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and advanced Excel; experience with Python, R, or similar analytical programming is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the aptitude to transform vague business inquiries into actionable solutions.
• Experience handling large, intricate datasets and generating clear analytical recommendations and outputs.
• Interest and expertise in AI-enabled workflows and production implementations.
• Excellent communication skills, including the capability to articulate technical concepts and model outcomes to business and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership and a builder mindset.
• Preferred qualifications: Experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, retail, CPG, and automotive; familiarity with statistical analysis, optimization, anomaly detection, predictive modeling, scenario modeling, or machine learning; experience supporting global or multi-region business operations.
