Senior Analyst, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leads intricate financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to aid strategic decision-making for designated business sectors.

• Facilitates the month-end closing process, provides insightful variance analysis, and improves financial models and reporting structures.

• Manages ERP metadata integrity and fosters ongoing process enhancement throughout FP&A operations.

• Guides Financial Analysts and acts as a vital link between analysts, management, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

• Able to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion regarding information dissemination.

• Detail-oriented; proficient at keeping key personnel focused on tasks, regardless of their organizational position.

• Strong awareness for recognizing potential challenges, risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Hyperion Essbase/Smartview.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited four-year institution is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a large, complex business setting within Accounting or Finance is required.

• Prior experience in healthcare is preferred.
