Senior Analyst, Financial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of intricate participation profit-sharing and distribution financial statements.

• Direct the fiscal month-end closing processes, which include detailed true-ups, reconciliations, and expense accruals.

• Serve as the primary "Variance Detective" and quality control authority for the team.

• Convert complex legal agreements from artists and labels into practical financial models.

• Gather and analyze extensive sets of transactional data to assist with statement reporting, budgeting, and cash forecasting.

• Play an active role in team development by mentoring analysts and leading training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS degree is required (preferably in Accounting or Finance).

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a complex financial setting.

• Advanced skills in MS Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in the Music, Media, or Entertainment industries.
