
Senior Analyst, Field Marketing Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take ownership of essential elements within field marketing operations, ensuring effective and consistent execution.
• Oversee field marketing requests, prioritize projects, address issues, and escalate risks as necessary.
• Act as a primary contact for field teams, providing insights and guidance on marketing processes and requests.
• Facilitate discussions with regional leadership to create marketing catchments for centers using data mapping tools.
• Convert data mapping results into actionable recommendations and next steps.
• Lead the onboarding and training process for center practice managers regarding marketing initiatives, tools, and procedures.
• Advocate for adherence to marketing and event requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to establish approval workflows for customized event types.
• Create tools, materials, and communications to support partnerships with insurance agents.
• Coordinate marketing assistance for new centers and renovations, including artwork installation, center kit deliveries, and catchment development.
• Evaluate project, operational, and field feedback data to identify trends and underlying issues.
• Drive workflow and process enhancements on a broad scale.
• Manage vendors that support field marketing execution, ensuring timely and reliable delivery.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, marketing operations, or a comparable field.
• Capability to independently manage priorities in a collaborative setting.
• Experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex processes.
• Proficient in leading productive working sessions.
• Competence in analyzing operational or project data and converting insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong sense of ownership and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to adhere to timelines and deliverables.
• Familiarity with project management platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Preferred: experience with Asana and Smartsheet.
• Preferred: experience in managing external vendors or partner relationships.
