This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee project workflows, assign tasks, and manage timelines along with deliverables.
• Engage with clients, project teams, and lead as well as facilitate project meetings.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of regulations, requirements, and processes related to land acquisitions, permits, third-party requirements, and application processes.
• Ensure that client quality control measures and processes are upheld, utilizing best practices.
• Capture and adhere to client preferences while ensuring that standards are met.
• Review and audit the complete project life cycle along with land/regulatory documentation, applications, and third-party requirements.
• Create client reporting and project tracking tools.
• Offer training and constructive feedback to team members to guarantee precise project documentation and execution.
• 5+ years of experience in Surface Land, preferably in a consulting services or brokerage environment.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, independent environment with high motivation levels.
• Genuine personality with a natural curiosity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of Surface Land for the energy sector, along with regional experience in Alberta and British Columbia.
• A diverse background in Oil & Gas, renewable energy, municipal, and telecommunications sectors is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Surface Land procedures, documentation, regulations, and third-party consents.
