Senior Analyst – Contracts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the objectives of the contract negotiation process are accurately represented in the finalized document.

• Collaborate mainly with the Zinc Trade team and mid- to large-sized pharmaceutical manufacturers on contracts for Rebate Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, and Settlement Agreements.

• Generate contracts, perform red-lining, track, and prepare contractual documents for signature as part of finalizing negotiated Rebate Agreements for Zinc Health Services.

• Confirm that contracts accurately reflect business strategies and secure approval from the relevant business units.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of contract experience is required, with a preference for knowledge of PBM business and operations.

• Proven experience in redlining documents.

• Demonstrated capability to manage and organize projects from inception to completion.

• Previous contracting experience in healthcare with an understanding of contracting terminology.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various departments and individuals.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
