Senior Analyst, Category Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct category management projects for major clients, providing tailored solutions and fostering business expansion.

• Evaluate customer, sales, and market data to spot trends, reveal opportunities, and formulate strategic recommendations.

• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships as a knowledgeable analytical expert.

• Collaborate with the Category Management team to create, enhance, and execute category management tools and processes.

• Prepare and present customer briefings utilizing data and analysis to address inquiries and offer insights.

• Assist in data integration initiatives involving customer information alongside Goodyear's internal and external data.

• Contribute to category management projects, assortment planning, and strategic customer relationship management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in a business setting.

• Solid expertise in data analysis, business insights, and data visualization techniques.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with SQL or another programming language.

• Experience with Oracle, Snowflake, and Tableau.

• Capability to identify trends, address complex business challenges, and create actionable recommendations based on customer and market data.

• Proven experience in delivering insights and strategic solutions to clients and stakeholders.

• Ability to influence decision-making processes and drive outcomes.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Competence in managing multiple priorities effectively.
