Senior Analyst, Business – Bids and Pricing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Examine intricate data sets to uncover insights related to pricing, support requirements for bids, and commercial trends.

• Aid in formulating pricing and bid strategies by analyzing sales performance, pricing trends, deal results, and competitive factors.

• Demonstrated capability to evaluate cost structures, pricing models, profit margins, and rebates to enhance profitability and commercial efficiency.

• Assist in large and complex bids by assessing pricing structures, margins, rebates, and associated risks.

• Collaborate with sales, pricing, finance, and procurement teams to facilitate bid development and pricing suggestions.

• Utilize reporting tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel to assess pricing performance, profitability, and bid results.

• Ensure the maintenance of precise documentation, analysis, and supporting materials within structured processes where compliance, accuracy, and auditability are crucial.

• Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops aimed at generating innovative solutions for sales transformation.

• Establish systems for collecting, evaluating, and prioritizing innovative ideas within the sales organization.

• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to address product, pricing, funding, and availability considerations in complex opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 2 years of pertinent experience in business analysis, sales technology, or a similar field.

• Knowledge of sales technology stack, CRM systems, and emerging sales tools.
